This course helps you prepare for the Labour, the Birth and Parenthood. We’ll talk about the anatomy, its physiology, and many methods to prepare the cervix, pelvic floor muscles and the mindset. We’ll have a special moment for the fathers to prepare as well and a practical part where we’ll do exercises together.

This course is destined for parents, family members and all who work with children or have an interest. The Paediatric First Aid Course is given online by a paediatric school in Portugal. It takes four hours, and when completed, you’ll receive an official certificate (DGERT).
