Yuwa — The Naturopath
Yuwa is a Naturopath, Nutritional Therapist and Herbalist, also trained in Functional Medicine. She takes a holistic approach to health, recognizing the interconnectedness of physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She loves working with women’s unique stories and selves to create a well-rounded, personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan that empowers them, not only in health, but in the joy and harmony that comes along with living in alignment with their body and soul.
Her services include Online Courses, a 12 Month Membership, and 1:1 Wellness Programs.

Andreia — The Babysitter
Andreia is a Childcare provider. She has worked with children as a volunteer in summer camps since 2010. She studied Entertainment at the University of Algarve and is certified in pediatric first aid. She speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish and works in the whole Algarve.
Her services include interacting with children of all ages during a designated time frame and adhering to feeding, sleeping and other schedules as directed.
